Our private sessions are designed to provide high quality personal Pilates programs.

Your Yoga Check-up

Have you wondered how to move past your fear of back bends or of being inverted?Have you developed a knee, spine, or other physical issue that’s getting in the way of your asana practice or your life? Give yourself the opportunity to meet with a Yoga teacher in a private one-on-one session at where the teacher can concentrate on your specific needs.

Many of our instructors are available to work with students on an individual basis in a private yoga session. Private instruction with a yoga teacher can help you:

Develop or refine a home practice routine
Learn modifications and adjustments to help strengthen your body.
Develop preventative or therapeutic applications of yoga
Get more time with your favorite instructor!

Registration

All sessions must be paid for in advance. Students must schedule an appointment (Monday through Friday) to pre-register for session.

Annual Registration Fee is $100.

Please make a note of the expiration date of your sessions as you will be responsible for attending classes during the month(s) in which the sessions were purchased.

Private Policy

If you are attending a Private Session, then you are required to give us at least twenty - four hours notice (Monday - Friday) to cancel. We are officially closed Saturday and Sunday. We regret that we must enforce this policy strictly. Thank you for your understanding.

Other Polices

Please be on time for your session/class.

We request that cell phones are turned off.

No shoes are allowed in the studio.

N.W.C. LTD. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please do not leave your personal belongings (cell phones, jewlery, purses, etc.) unattended.
