Continuing Education Programming, this Conscious movement perspective will help to educate Wellness Professionals toward teaching a modern fitness approach for future generations to come. 

Our philosophy in teaching the N.W.C. Pilates Education has evolved from the international physical education system of Joseph Pilates; to produce fundamentals/advanced principles based on a philosophy of science: mind and body.
